Welcome to Hilton Head Island. Atlantic Real Estate Incorporated was organized in 1997 as a full service Real Estate and Rental company. The owners, Don Brashears and Glenn Waters, have extensive property management experience dating back to 1985. They saw a need for quality, low cost, effective management services on Hilton Head and built a company that now ranks at, or near the top in the number of long-term properties managed. |
